MEP Supervisor
The successful candidate will work independently across multiple subcontractor teams to drive close-out activities and maintain programme deadlines.
MEP Supervisor Key Responsibilities
* Manage MEP snagging and quality assurance (QA) activities across the project.
* Coordinate and oversee subcontractor snagging, ensuring timely close-out of outstanding items.
* Record and maintain quality documentation using Field View and R-Drive quality management systems.
* Liaise directly with subcontractors to coordinate completion activities and resolve issues efficiently.
* Lead commissioning preparation works, ensuring systems are complete and ready for final commissioning across all MEP disciplines.
* Monitor progress against handover requirements and escalate risks where necessary.
* Carry out site-based quality and completion activities using an iPad and digital QA systems.
MEP Supervisor Requirements
* Previous experience in an MEP Finishing Foreman, MEP Supervisor, or similar close-out role on large commercial construction projects.
* Strong background in QA, snagging, and commissioning readiness.
* Experience working with Tier 1 contractor quality management systems.
* Competent user of Field View, R-Drive, and digital site reporting tools.
* Strong subcontractor coordination and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities to tight deadlines.
* IT literate and experienced using tablets/iPads for site management activities.
Preferred Background
* Likely suited to an Electrical Supervisor with experience delivering MEP completion and quality activities on major commercial projects.
* Experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, logistics, or similar fast-paced construction environments would be advantageous.
