This is a full-time role offering hybrid working, a comprehensive benefits package, and 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
Merchandiser – Responsibilities
* Planning factory capacity ahead of each season
* Managing production from order placement through to delivery
* Building strong customer relationships through regular meetings and communication
* Liaising daily with buying offices and global factories
* Creating and managing critical paths, delivery schedules, and order books
* Driving timely approvals and resolving issues before they impact launch
* Working closely with fabric mills on pricing, bookings, and delivery timelines
Merchandiser – Skills & Requirements
* Degree educated
* Proven experience in a supplier-based merchandising or production role
* Strong Excel skills
* Excellent communication and presentation ability
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Proactive, confident, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Strong relationship-building skills across all levels
