This is a rare opportunity to join as one of the brand's first dedicated merchandising hires, another pivotal role with real ownership, influence, and the chance to shape the merchandising function from the ground up with a Senior.

About You:

You're a Junior Merchandiser or early-stage Merchandiser ready to step into a broader, more autonomous role within a premium environment.

You bring both commercial instinct and analytical rigour, with a genuine appreciation for product, quality, and the nuances of the menswear market.

Experience within a fashion merchandising role (retail or e-commerce)
Strong analytical capability, with advanced Excel and reporting skills
Commercially astute, with a sharp eye for product performance and opportunity
Passionate about menswear, lifestyle brands, and evolving consumer behaviour
Comfortable operating both strategically and in the detail
Proactive and self-driven, with a natural sense of ownership
Highly organised, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving business
A confident communicator, able to influence cross-functional stakeholders

The Role:

We're looking for a commercially driven Merchandiser who can balance precision with perspective, someone who thrives in the detail but understands the bigger picture.

This role suits someone comfortable operating with pace and ambiguity, who is motivated by responsibility and excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage seasonal merchandising strategies aligned with brand vision and commercial targets
Own OTB, WSSI, budgeting, intake planning, and margin optimisation
Analyse trading performance to inform agile, commercially sound decisions
Establish and evolve merchandising frameworks, reporting, and trade tools
Collaborate closely with Design and Buying to shape cohesive, commercially viable ranges
Optimise product mix, size architecture, and depth of buy
Protect and maximise best sellers while introducing considered newness
Oversee allocation and replenishment to drive availability and sell-through
Forecast demand and manage stock flow to support sustainable, controlled growth
Identify category opportunities and risks, making clear recommendations for action
Support pricing strategy, promotional planning, and end-of-season activity
Deliver clear, concise weekly and seasonal performance insights to senior leadership
