Apply Nowkolt recruitment are looking for a Night Shift Strip Fitter to join a busy and well-established accident repair centre based in Witham.
This role is ideal for an experienced Bodyshop Strip & Fit Technician who is confident working independently on nights and delivering consistent, high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
* Strip and fit vehicle panels and components to manufacturer standards
* Remove and refit mechanical, electrical and trim (MET) parts as required
* Carry out basic diagnostics and identify additional repair work
* Work efficiently to maintain smooth workflow during night operations
* Ensure all work is completed accurately and documented correctly
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Strip Fitter / MET Technician within an accident repair or bodyshop environment
* Strong understanding of vehicle structures and component systems
* Ability to work independently on a night shift
* High attention to detail and methodical approach
* Full UK driving licence preferred
