Benefits:
Competitive salary up to £42,100 per annum, with the potential to earn an uncapped bonus of approximately £53,300
Monday to Friday working hours, 45 hours per week, with no weekend work

Conduct assessments and carry out repairs on customer vehicles to manufacturer standards
Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues
Perform MET, electrical, and panel repairs with precision and attention to detail
Strictly follow vehicle manufacturer repair procedures and safety protocols as a MET Technician
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain workflow efficiency and ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate repair records and complete diagnostic reportsRequirements:
ATA qualification or equivalent technical certification as a MET Technician or auto electrician
Proven experience working within a fast-paced automotive body repair or crash repair environment
Experience working on premium brands such as Mercedes, Audi, BMW, etc. is highly desirable
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with a focus on quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
