Salary: £40,000 basic (DOE, negotiable) + Bonus + OTE
The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced MET Technician to join a busy and well-established bodyshop in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work within a high-performing team, carrying out mechanical, electrical, and trim work to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs on damaged vehicles
* Stripping and refitting vehicle components
* Diagnosing faults and ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer standards
* Working efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
Requirements
* Previous experience as an MET Technician within a bodyshop environment
* Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and quality of workmanship
* Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
