We are keen to hear from experienced Metal Spinners, as well as skilled Turners who are looking for a new challenge and are willing to retrain.
What's on offer?
* £17.65 – £18.70 per hour, depending on experience.
* Annual equivalent of £35,794–£37,924 (based on 39 paid hours per week).
* Monday – Thursday, 7:00am – 4:45pm.
* Pension contributions matched up to 6%.
* Production bonus of up to £360 per quarter.
Enhanced shift rates (once trained):
* Days (7am–7pm): 17% shift enhancement – £20.65 per hour (based on £17.65).
* Nights (7pm–7am): 36.29% shift enhancement – £24.06 per hour (based on £17.65).
The role:
* Set up and operate metal spinning machinery.
* Manufacture components to engineering drawings and specifications.
* Carry out quality checks using precision measuring equipment.
* Maintain high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping.
What we're looking for:
* Metal Spinning or Turning experience.
* Ability to read engineering drawings.
* Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
