Metal Worker

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for Metal Workers on behalf of our client based in Witham, on a temp to perm basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the production and fabrication of metal products. Immediate start available.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assisting with metal fabrication and assembly

• Operating hand and power tools

• Cutting, shaping and preparing materials

• Loading and unloading materials

• Supporting skilled welders and fabricators

• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

• Following job instructions and production schedules

• Adhering to health and safety guidelines

Experience, education & qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or metalwork environment preferred

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Good attention to detail

• Physically fit due to manual handling

• Reliable and punctual

Hours: Monday to Friday, full time

Salary: Up to £13.75 per hour

Benefits: Temp to perm opportunity, training provided, weekly pay
