MEWP Operator / Mechanical Installer

The Role

You will be working as part of a site team responsible for the lifting, positioning, and installation of machinery within a new workshop environment.

Duties will include:

* Operating MEWPs on site

* Assisting with lifts in line with approved lifting plans

* Supporting the fitting and installation of machines

* Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure safe and efficient delivery

* General labouring duties as required

What We’re Looking For

* Valid IPAF (MEWP) licence – essential

* Previous experience operating MEWPs on industrial sites

* Experience assisting with machine fitting / installation

* Ability to work from lifting plans

* Strong understanding of site health & safety

* Reliable, team-focused, and proactive

The Offer

* £18.07 per hour

* Day shifts only – 6:00am to 4:00pm

* Overtime paid at 1.3x, 1.5x and 2.0x

* 2-month contract with a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity

* Opportunity to be part of a key industrial development project
