This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth, digitally led business creating aspirational, trend-driven collections for a global audience. This role will play a key part in supporting and enhancing the brand's creative output across all digital channels. The Role: As a Midweight Graphic Digital Designer, you will play an important role in shaping the brand's digital identity across multiple touchpoints. Working closely with Creative, Marketing and E-commerce teams, you will deliver visually engaging, performance-driven content while developing your skills and taking on increasing ownership of projects. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality digital assets across paid media, social, CRM and e-commerce Support the delivery of campaigns, product launches and weekly drops Ensure all creative is on-brand, visually engaging and optimised for performance Collaborate closely with marketing and eCommerce teams to deliver conversion-focused creative Use data and performance insights to refine and improve creative output Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced eCommerce environment Contribute ideas and support the development of creative concepts Stay up to date with fashion, digital and design trendsAbout You: 2-4 years' experience in digital or graphic design, ideally within fashion, luxury or eCommerce A strong portfolio showcasing digital-first, commercially aware design work Confident working across multiple channels including social, paid media and email Ability to manage projects from brief to delivery with growing autonomy Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail with a creative and commercial mindset Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines A proactive and ambitious individual eager to develop within a growing brandWhat's on Offer: Salary £30,000 - £35,000 plus bonus scheme 33 days holiday including bank holidays * Additional day off for your birthday Modern office environment based in Trafford Park On-site gym 40% staff discount Private healthcare Enhanced pension, maternity, paternity and sick pay Opportunity to grow and develop within a rapidly expanding brandPlease get your application in today!
