Key Responsibilities
* Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to women and newborns
* Support and assist during labour and delivery, ensuring safe clinical practice
* Monitor maternal and neonatal wellbeing throughout the care pathway
* Administer medications safely in line with NHS guidelines
* Support breastfeeding and newborn care education
* Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NHS and NMC standards
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary NHS teams
* Adhere to infection control and safeguarding protocols
Requirements (Essential)
* Minimum 6 months recent experience as a Midwife within an NHS Trust
* Valid NMC PIN (Midwife registration)
* Right to work in the UK
* Up‑to‑date mandatory training Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
