Industrial Recruitment Services Ltd (IRS) are currently recruiting for experienced MIG Production Welders to join our client within a busy manufacturing environment.
We are seeking reliable and experienced MIG Welders to join the team on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday.
The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out MIG welding duties on a busy production line, ensuring all products are welded to the required quality standards.
Candidates must have previous MIG production welding experience and be able to successfully complete a weld test as part of the recruitment process.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced production welders looking for long-term, ongoing work.
The Role:
* MIG welding within a busy production environment
* Carrying out repetitive production welding duties
* Welding components to required specifications
* Working to production targets and deadlines
* Checking completed welds for quality and consistency
* Following welding procedures and instructions
* Using welding equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday
7:00am – 4:00pm
Benefits:
* £13.50 per hour
* Full-time position
* Monday to Friday day shifts
* Weekly pay
* Long-term ongoing work
* Opportunity for permanent employment
The Person:
* Previous MIG welding experience essential
* Must be able to pass a MIG weld test
* Previous production welding experience required
* Able to produce consistent, good-quality welds
* Comfortable working within a fast-paced production environment
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance
* Good understanding of workshop health and safety
