Adecco is working with a busy and expanding manufacturing business in Andover that is looking to bring an experienced MIG Welder into their team due to a sustained increase in workload. This is a long-term temporary position with immediate start available.

MIG welding on mild steel
Working accurately from technical drawings
Producing a wide range of components and fabrications
Delivering high-quality welds in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Need
✅ Proven MIG welding experience - essential
✅ Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings
✅ Someone who can step in and contribute from day one
✅ Reliable, hardworking, and a solid team player
