MIG Welder

A thriving fabrication company in Mildenhall is seeking skilled MIG Welders to join their growing team. This role would suit experienced MIG Welders or candidates with strong hands-on welding experience looking to develop their skills within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

Working on high-spec fabrication projects, you'll benefit from competitive pay starting from £16.00+ p/hour (depending on weld test), excellent overtime opportunities, and clear career progression. This is a permanent opportunity subject to a successful 3-month temporary probation period.

MIG Welder Duties:

MIG welding mild and stainless steel
Carrying out jig work for precise fabrication
Prepping metal components for welding
Handling basic fabrication tasks
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings for accurate assemblyPay, Hours & Benefits:

Multiple shifts available Monday-Friday: 06:00-14:00 / 07:00-15:00 / 08:00-16:00
Pay rate dependent on experience
30 days' holiday after successful probation
