MIG Welder

A growing fabrication company in Mildenhall is looking for MIG Welders to join its expanding team on the Late Shift. This is a great opportunity for experienced welders or candidates with strong practical welding skills who want to develop their experience within a supportive working environment.

Working on high-spec fabrication projects, you’ll benefit from pay starting at £16.00+ p/hour, depending on experience, regular overtime opportunities and clear career progression. This is a permanent opportunity, subject to successfully completing a three-month temporary probation period.

MIG Welder Duties:

MIG welding mild and stainless steel
Carrying out jig work for accurate fabrication
Preparing metal components for welding
Completing basic fabrication tasks
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Ensuring all work meets the required quality standards
Pay, Hours & Benefits:

£16.00+ p/hour, depending on experience
Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00
30 days’ holiday after successful probation
