MIG Welder / Fabricator – Shift Pattern Opportunity We are currently recruiting MIG Welder Fabricators to join our growing team. This role offers a structured shift pattern, competitive pay, and excellent work–life balance options. Pay & Benefits * Hourly rate up to £16.50 once fully trained * Additional 2% pay increase for participation in the shift pattern * Lower weekly hours: 37.5 hours per week * Overtime paid * Structured 12-week training programme before moving onto the shift pattern Shift Pattern Options The shift pattern can be tailored based on employee preference and operational requirements, with options including: * Week-on / week-off basis * Fortnightly rotation * Permanent early shift with permanent late shift team Proposed Shifts: * Morning Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 * Afternoon Shift: 12:00 – 20:00 The Role * MIG welding and fabrication to engineering drawings * Working to high quality and safety standards * Collaborating with an established fabrication team What We’re Looking For * Experience in MIG welding and fabrication * Ability to read and work from technical drawings * A reliable and positive approach to shift work This is an excellent opportunity for skilled welders/fabricators looking for stable hours, flexible shift options, and competitive pay progression.
