Salary: £31,000 - £38,000 per annum + Overtime
Location: Taunton
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm (39.5 hours per week)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a skilled team of fabricators and welders, offering long-term stability, overtime opportunities, and career progression.
The Role
MIG welding on a variety of fabricated metal products
Fabricating components from engineering and fabrication drawings
Working to high quality standards with excellent attention to detail
Carrying out fabrication and welding duties within production schedules
Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
Collaborating effectively with colleagues and the wider production teamThe Candidate
Minimum 3 years' experience in a MIG Welding and Fabrication role
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
Strong fabrication and welding skills
Able to work independently and use own initiative
