Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer 📍 Bellshill 🕒 Full Time – 40 hours per week | Permanent We are looking for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team based in Bellshill. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer to work across multiple sites delivering planned and reactive maintenance, while benefiting from a competitive salary and strong benefits package. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with maintenance specifications * Complete reactive repairs and breakdown works across multiple sites * Accurately record work and update the CAFM system in real time * Complete all relevant documentation for maintenance and repair works * Supervise subcontractors when required on site * Attend breakdowns outside normal working hours as part of an on-call rota * Identify areas for maintenance improvements and report findings * Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Contract Manager What We Offer * Competitive salary * 24 days annual leave + public holidays * Life cover (1.5x annual salary) * 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme and mental wellbeing support What We’re Looking For * FGas certification (essential) * Recognised Air Conditioning / HVAC qualification * Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer * Full clean UK driving licence * Good communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Computer literate and comfortable using maintenance systems Desirable (training can be provided): * Legionella awareness * Asbestos awareness * MEWP licence * First Aid qualification Applicants must be willing to participate in an out-of-hours standby rota. 👉 Apply now to join a supportive team and develop your career within a growing organisation
