We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mobile Building Services Engineer to join our clients expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong background in building services maintenance to work across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties throughout London.

As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, fault finding, servicing, and emergency call-outs on a wide range of mechanical and electrical building services equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical plant equipment.

• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and effectively.

• Service and maintain building services equipment, ensuring systems operate safely and reliably.

• Complete routine inspections, maintenance reports, logbooks, and compliance documentation.

• Respond to emergency call-outs and see works through to completion.

• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, risk assessments, and company procedures.

• Liaise professionally with clients, tenants, and building occupiers to maintain excellent customer relationships.

• Attend client meetings, site audits, inspections, and prepare reports when required.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience within the Building Services or Facilities Maintenance sector.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services systems.

• Experience carrying out PPM duties on:

• AHUs (Air Handling Units)

• FCUs (Fan Coil Units)

• Pumps

• Water systems

• Legionella control and L8 compliance duties

• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

Working Hours

This role is primarily Monday to Friday; however, occasional evening, weekend, and out-of-hours work will be required to support operational requirements and emergency call-outs.
