We are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Chiller Engineer / HVAC Engineer to join a specialist engineering company delivering commercial chiller service, maintenance, repair and installation across London and the South East with the occasional other region when required. This role is ideal for a Chiller Service Engineer, Refrigeration Engineer or HVAC Engineer with strong experience working on commercial chiller and refrigeration systems. The position involves working across a range of commercial sites, with occasional UK-wide travel and potential European work when required. The successful candidate will join a well-established engineering team with excellent support, manufacturer training, and a strong salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities * Service, maintenance and repair of commercial chiller and refrigeration systems * Fault finding and diagnostics across HVAC plant and associated equipment * Installation, commissioning and upgrades of chiller systems * Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown work * Working with HVAC controls, refrigeration cycles and electrical components * Maintaining accurate service records and documentation * Providing a professional service when interacting with customers on site * Ensuring work is carried out safely and in line with industry standards Required Experience & Qualifications * Strong working knowledge of chillers and refrigeration systems * F-Gas certification and relevant HVAC or refrigeration qualifications * Ideally 3–5 years experience in the service, maintenance and repair of HVAC chiller systems * Solid understanding of: Refrigeration cycles, HVAC systems and controls, Electrical components and fault diagnosis * Full UK driving licence Desirable Experience * Experience working with Turbocore, Screw or Scroll chillers * Knowledge of VSD systems, AHUs and FCUs * Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems) * Manufacturer or specialist HVAC training Package & Benefits * Excellent salary depending on experience * Door-to-door travel paid * Company van fully expensed * Fuel card provided * All specialist tools supplied * Mobile phone and uniform * Manufacturer training, including factory training in Italy * 20 days holiday + bank holidays * Standby rota * Long-term career progression within a growing engineering company Location This is a mobile engineering role covering London and the South East, with some nationwide travel and occasional European work when required
