Mobile Engineer

Position: Mobile Engineer Location: London Salary: £45,000 per annum + Overtime Hours: Monday - Friday (Days) Contract: Permanent, Full-Time   A great opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Engineer to join a well-established engineering team covering commercial sites across London. This role offers excellent variety, long-term stability, and strong opportunities for training and career progression within a supportive and professional environment.   What you'll do: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across a range of electrical and mechanical building services systems. Perform fault finding and first-line repairs on systems including lighting, power distribution, HVAC plant, pumps, motors, and basic mechanical equipment. Attend breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to building operations. Travel between multiple commercial sites delivering high-quality maintenance services. Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with compliance and health & safety regulations. Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the engineering team and site contacts. What you'll bring: Experience within building services or facilities maintenance environments. Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical building services systems. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. A proactive and professional approach with good communication skills. Full UK driving licence required.
