Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) 📍 Central London 💰 Up to £50,000 + 🕒 Full Time We’re working with a well-established, family-run M&E contractor who are looking to bring in a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to cover a number of commercial sites across Central London. They’re known for being a lot less corporate than most - good team, decent support, and people tend to stay there long-term. The role This is a mobile role where you’ll be carrying out a mix of PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings. Day to day will include: * Planned maintenance on electrical systems * Fault finding and reactive repairs * Working on lighting, power, distribution boards, and some mechanical plant * Basic work on HVAC systems (nothing too heavy) * Logging jobs on CAFM systems * Liaising with site teams and clients * Supporting with small remedial works There’s an on-call rota as well. What they’re looking for * NVQ Level 3 Electrical (or equivalent) * 18th Edition * Experience in building services / M&E maintenance * Comfortable working across multiple sites * Good fault finding skills * Basic mechanical knowledge is a bonus * Full UK driving licence What’s on offer * Salary up to £50,000+ * 24 days holiday + bank holidays * Pension + life assurance * Training and progression * Stable, long-term work * Proper family-run environment (not corporate) If you want something a bit more straightforward, stable, and with a good team around you - it’s a solid role
