Mobile Groundworks Gang

About the Role,

We are looking for 6 experienced Groundworkers to join a growing, well-supported team delivering enabling works for the successful installation of vending and automated equipment for a wide range of high-profile clients.

Positions are based across Edinburgh/Glasgow, Bradford & Bristol with operatives working in gangs of 2. You will be part of a mobile workforce, travelling to sites across the UK and operating in small teams within live retail, commercial, and public environments. Attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to safety are essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Groundworks including small excavations, concrete bases, trenching, drainage, footings, paving and reinstatement

* Use of hand tools and small plant machinery

* Reading and following site plans and instructions

* Working safely and efficiently on active construction sites

* Supporting site teams to deliver high-quality workmanship

* Completing and submitting online work reports

* Complying with all site H&S requirements including wearing suitable PPE

* Keeping sites clean and tidy

* Performing additional duties as required to support team objectives

Requirements:

* Proven groundwork experience – essential

* Valid CSCS Card – essential

* Plant tickets (Mini Excavator) – desirable

* Strong work ethic and reliability

* Good communication and teamwork skills
