Mobile Maintenance Electrician – South Lanarkshire Location: South Lanarkshire Hours: Monday – Friday (No On-Call) Overtime: Available – Time & ½ Mon–Fri | Double Time Weekends FM Search & Select are currently working with a leading Facilities Management provider who are looking to recruit a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to cover sites across South Lanarkshire. This is a great opportunity for an experienced electrician looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with no on-call rota, offering a good work-life balance while still having the opportunity to increase earnings through overtime. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites. Key Responsibilities * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems * Responding to reactive maintenance and fault finding * Maintenance of lighting, power distribution and electrical plant * Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations * Completing job reports and maintenance documentation * Supporting general building services maintenance when required Requirements * Fully qualified electrician (SVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent) * 18th Edition * Experience within commercial or facilities management environments * Ability to clear a PVG check * Full UK driving licence * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills What’s on Offer * Monday to Friday working hours * No on-call rota * Overtime available – Time & a half weekdays / Double time weekends * Company vehicle and fuel card * Opportunity to join a stable and growing FM business If you are an experienced Maintenance Electrician looking for a new opportunity with a strong work-life balance, we would love to hear from you. 📩 Apply now or contact FM Search & Select for more information
