Mobile Mechanical HVAC Engineer London & South East £43,000 – £48,000 | Monday to Friday We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Mechanical HVAC Engineer to join a well-established and growing facilities management provider. This is a mobile role covering London and the South East, offering a competitive salary and a great Monday–Friday work-life balance. The Role As a Mobile Mechanical HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites. The role focuses on mechanical and HVAC systems, ensuring all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical and HVAC systems Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdowns across multiple sites Service and maintain AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and associated plant Fault find and repair mechanical and HVAC equipment Support minor installations and small works where required Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations Complete job reports and maintain accurate service records Provide a professional, client-facing service on site Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical or HVAC Engineer within commercial maintenance Relevant mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Experience working in a mobile role desirable Full UK driving licence Good communication skills and a professional approach What’s on Offer Competitive salary of £43,000 – £48,000 (depending on experience) Monday to Friday working hours Mobile role covering London & South East Company vehicle & fuel card (if applicable) Overtime opportunities Stable role with progression prospects This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HVAC Engineer looking for a secure, well-paid mobile position with a reputable FM provider
