Mobile Vehicle Technician Milton Keynes region Day shifts only Base salary up to £44,000, bonus structure allowing earnings of £60,000+ with no upper cap An excellent opportunity has become available for a Vehicle Technician Mobile covering the Milton Keynes region. This role offers the independence of mobile work combined with the stability of a well organised service operation and strong management support. You will operate from a fully equipped company van, starting and finishing from your own driveway while covering a defined local territory. Work is consistently busy, meaning technicians who are motivated and efficient can significantly increase their earnings through the achievable bonus structure. The Role As a Vehicle Technician Mobile, you will be responsible for: * Servicing, repairs and mechanical work carried out at customer locations * Diagnostics and fault finding across a range of vehicles * Managing your own daily schedule and territory * Delivering professional service while working independently * Representing a respected mobile service operation in the field The role provides autonomy while still offering full operational and technical support from the management team. What Is On Offer * Base salary up to £44,000 depending on experience * Performance bonus allowing earnings of £60,000+ with no capped earning potential * Day shifts only * Company van supplied * Fully stocked tools and equipment provided * Start and finish from home * 33 days annual leave including bank holidays * Pension scheme and life assurance * Strong operational and technical support from management * IMI Level 3 Electric Vehicle training within your first 12 months About You To be considered for this role you should have: * Qualification as a Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 2 or Level 3, City and Guilds or equivalent * At least 1 year post qualification experience * Good diagnostic and mechanical repair skills * Full UK driving licence * Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Experience in mobile, roadside or dealership environments can be beneficial but is not essential
