Looking for a hands-on role where you can learn on the job and build a long-term career? We’re hiring a Mobile Mechanical Technician to join a busy hire operation, working both on-site and in the workshop. This is a temp-to-perm role, so you’ll have the opportunity to secure a permanent position after proving your skills.
No extensive experience? No problem — full training will be provided.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Turning around flooring and cleaning equipment, getting it ready for the next customer
Carrying out basic repairs, servicing, and pre-hire checks
Learning to diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults
Keeping equipment clean, safe, and ready for use
What We’re Looking For:
Great attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
Enjoys practical, hands-on work
Team player with a flexible approach
Full UK driving licence required
Bonus (Not Essential):
Any mechanical or electrical experience
Experience working with tools or equipment
What’s on Offer:
£32,000 per year (depending on experience)
Full training provided — no prior experience needed
Temp-to-perm opportunity — convert to a permanent role after probation
