Competitive basic salary of up to £34,000 per annum, depending on experience
OTE of up to £35,500 through performance-based bonuses

Conduct MOT inspections to meet industry standards and legal requirements
Inspect vehicles for faults, diagnosing issues accurately and efficiently
Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation diligently
Provide advice to customers regarding repair and maintenance needs
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance within the workshop environment
Support team members to ensure workshop productivity and customer satisfaction as an MOT TesterRequirements:
Valid and current MOT Tester certification
Proven experience performing vehicle MOT tests and inspections
Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and industry regulations
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
