Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and precise Motorsport Welder / Fabricator to join our fast-paced race engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, fabricating, and TIG welding intricate, lightweight, and high-stress components for our race cars-ranging from complex Inconel exhaust systems and turbo manifolds to aluminium intake piping and stainless steel structural brackets.

If you have exceptional attention to detail, a passion for motorsport, and the ability to work under tight race-weekend deadlines, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

TIG Welding: Perform high-integrity, flawless GTAW (TIG) welding on exotic and standard motorsport alloys, primarily Inconel (625/718), stainless steel (304/321), and various aluminium grades (6061, 5083).

Exhaust & Manifold Fabrication: Hand-form, back-purge, fit, and weld complex thin-wall exhaust systems, headers, collector assemblies, and turbo plumbing.

Chassis & Structural Work: Fabricate and weld roll cage components, suspension brackets, wishbones, brackets, and aero mounting structures to strict championship regulations.

Reading Technical Drawings: Interpret complex 2D technical drawings, CAD models, and engineering sketches to build accurate one-off components or small-batch parts.

Quality Control: Inspect welds and fabricated parts for dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, and aesthetic perfection (clean, consistent weld beads with zero contamination or sugaring)
