Multi Skilled Electrician

A leading construction and facilities management company is seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Electrician to join the Leeds division, on a full time, permanent basis. Having been established for over 50 years they are a forward-thinking business, with an excellent reputation. Responsibilities: * Carry out all types of repairs and maintenance work in a multi-skilled environment allied to the Electrical trade discipline * Completion of repairs and maintenance in other trade disciplines where deemed competent to complete these * Attend repairs and maintenance appointments on time and complete works on the first occasion, in one visit and within target times * As and when required, diagnose necessary remedial works, make appointments/arrangements and organise materials required * Removal or make arrangements for the removal of waste/debris on a daily basis and upon the completion of any works Requirements * ECS Gold Card * C&G Electrical & Inspection and Testing * Full UK driving licence * Background in a repairs and maintenance or property services environment What’s on Offer * 24 days annual leave (+ public holidays) * Discount schemes with major retailers * Gym membership discounts * Cycle to work scheme * Holiday purchase scheme * Learning and development opportunities, including professional qualifications and training support * Attractive employee referral rewards This is a permanent position, and Coleman James are acting as an Employment Agency
