The Role As a Multi-Skilled Electrician, you will be responsible for a variety of reactive and planned maintenance tasks. You will: Execute Repairs: Carry out various electrical repairs and maintenance work within a social housing environment. Multi-Skilling: Complete tasks in other minor trade disciplines where you are competent to ensure a "first-time fix." Efficiency: Attend maintenance appointments punctually, aiming to complete works on the first visit to minimize disruption. Diagnostics: Diagnose remedial needs, schedule follow-up appointments when necessary, and organize required materials. Site Standards: Ensure a clean working environment by removing waste and debris daily upon completion of works. Working Hours: 08:00 – 16:30 (30-minute lunch) Location: Mobile – Leeds coverage only Rota: No out-of-hours or call-out rota required You To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified professional who takes pride in their workmanship. You will bring: Qualifications: A valid JIB Gold Card and 2391 Inspection and Testing certification (Essential). Experience: Relevant experience in electrical repair, installation, and maintenance, specifically within the social housing sector. Licensing: A full UK driving licence for mobile regional coverage. Mindset: A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
