An exciting opportunity has become available for a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a well-established facilities management team on a permanent basis.

This static role is based in Burnley, working within a large, complex commercial environment where you'll be responsible for maintaining critical building services and ensuring the smooth operation of the site.

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias, you'll be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and fault finding across a wide range of electrical and building services systems.

Working as part of a skilled engineering team, you'll help ensure the site remains fully operational, compliant and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.

* Diagnose faults and complete repairs across electrical systems.

* Commission, test and maintain plant and building services equipment.

* Support mechanical and general building maintenance where required.

* Complete maintenance records and compliance documentation accurately.

* Ensure all work complies with health & safety legislation and company procedures.

* Participate in the on-call rota.

* Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at all times.

What We're Looking For

* Electrical qualifications (18th Edition preferred).

* Experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management.

* Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience.

* A multi-skilled approach with knowledge of mechanical systems being advantageous.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
