The Role: As a key member of the site Engineering Team, you’ll be tasked with ensuring smooth, efficient and continuous operation of the facility – covering everything from day to day production processes and site-wide services. You’ll carry out planned maintenance, tackle reactive breakdowns, and support improvement projects across this complex and varied site. Key Responsibilities: Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across the site Maximise machine availability and overall plant performance Work across diverse systems including PLCs and process control Carry out plant modifications and minor engineering projects Maintain exceptional health and safety standards Drive improvement through TPM and CI techniquesWhat’s In It for You? You’re used to working autonomously, reacting quickly to breakdowns and always striving for better performance.
