Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) Location: Salisbury Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE) We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer with an Electrical Bias to join a well-established and growing team in Salisbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a stable role with varied work and long-term progression. The Role As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across site. The role requires a strong electrical background alongside general mechanical and building services knowledge. Key Responsibilities Carrying out PPMs in line with schedules Responding to and resolving reactive maintenance issues Electrical fault finding, testing, and repairs General mechanical and fabric maintenance where required Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations Accurate completion of job reports and documentationRequirements Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent) Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role Strong electrical fault-finding skills Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence (preferred)What’s on Offer Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience Stable, permanent position Opportunity to work in a varied and hands-on role Supportive team environment Ongoing training and development opportunitiesIf you’re a skilled engineer with a strong electrical background looking for your next opportunity in Salisbury, we’d love to hear from you
