Multi Skilled Facilities Engineer Location: Towcester (NN12) Rate: £22.00ph (Personal CIS) Hours: 12-hour Shift (4 On & 4 Off) basis. Sub-Contract or Temp to Perm Available Immediate Start Nelson Permanent Placements are working with our client who are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Facilities Engineer for a leading Facilities Management company. Our client specialises within hard engineering solutions and provides a full range of services in fast-moving, high-pressure manufacturing facilities, process environments and commercial spaces. As a Facilities Engineer, you will join the internal facilities team working at an important client site to support non-core Engineering and Operations. You will be required to perform maintenance repairs and carrying out scheduled service tasks. Please note - You must have an HVAC/Electrical background. Multi Skilled Facilities Engineer Duties: * Planned, reactive and corrective maintenance tasks. Reviewing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules. * Carrying out root cause analysis to improve safety of plant and machinery. * Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety standards. * Using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). * Communicating clearly and effectively with your team and the client accordingly. Multi-Skilled Facilities Engineer Requirements: * 3-4 years’ experience (as a Facilities Engineer) within Industrial & Manufacturing settings. * Proven HVAC knowledge. * An Electrical bias.
