We are currently recruiting an experienced Multi‑Skilled Joiner to work for a well‑established contractor delivering repairs and maintenance across social housing properties.
The Role
You will be carrying out a variety of joinery and general maintenance tasks within occupied and void properties, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
All aspects of 1st and 2nd fix joinery
Door and window repairs and replacements
Kitchen fitting and minor adaptations
Basic multi‑trade tasks such as patch plastering, tiling, and minor plumbing (desirable)
Working within tenants’ homes in a professional and respectful manner
Completing job-related paperwork and updates via mobile devices
Requirements
Proven experience as a multi‑skilled joiner, ideally within social housing
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery (preferred)
Full UK driving licence
Ability to pass a DBS check
Own tools essential
Good customer service and communication skills
Vehicle & Expenses
Company van provided.
