Your New Company: Specialising in the food manufacturing sector, this client offers a diverse role within a state of art manufacturing facility for the right Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer. The Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer will be working within a small team of multi-skilled engineers, you will ideally have experience of fast moving manufacturing environments with good electrical skills and sound mechanical knowledge. What is on offer for this Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer role? * £54.5k Salary * 3 week shift pattern - Earlies (07:00-15:00), Mids (15:00-23:00) and nights (23:00-07:00). * Flint * Food manufacturing business Person Requirements for the Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer: * Time served Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer, preferably from the Food/FMCG Industry * Recognised Engineering qualification e.g. HNC/HND/ONC/OND * Accustomed to fast paced and challenging working environments * Multi-skilled engineer but with good electrical and mechanical aptitude * Machinery experience with multi-head weighers, packaging machinery, conveyors and metal detectors Job Requirements for the Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer: The ideal Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer will have a strong background in Food/FMCG engineering and be accustomed to fast paced environments. * The Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer will work in partnership with the Maintenance manager, production staff and technicians to carry out repairs to process equipment and plant machinery. * Electrical and mechanical aptitude required. * Working to the expected hygiene standards within food production. * Troubleshooting and practical fault finding on plant and mechanical/electrical machinery. * Carry out planned inspection routes on process plant and proactive maintenance schedules. * Following site H&S procedures and reporting any risks via the internal reporting process.
