Multi Skilled Technician / Maintenance Technician Templecombe, Somerset (STATIC) Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (40 HOURS WEEKLY MINUS 1 HOUR LUNCH) Rate per hour: £20.21 (CIS) or £17.24 per hour (PAYE includes holiday pay) | Up to £34,000 if offered permanent contract Temp to Perm | Commercial Office Building We're recruiting for a Multi Skilled Technician / Maintenance Technician to join a commercial facilities team based in Templecombe, Somerset. This is a Monday-Friday building maintenance role focused mainly on reactive maintenance along with PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and general building fabric repairs. The Role: Reactive building maintenance (majority of work) PPMs across a commercial office site Building fabric work (doors, locks, ceilings, flooring, minor plumbing) Basic mechanical maintenance 1 in 5 on-call rota once permanent Suitable Backgrounds - You Should Apply If You've Worked As: Multi Skilled Technician Maintenance Technician Maintenance Engineer (non-senior) Fabric Engineer Building Services Technician Facilities Technician Site Maintenance Engineer Handyperson / Maintenance Operative Commercial Maintenance Engineer Mechanical Maintenance Technician Experience from commercial buildings, offices, schools, hospitals, manufacturing sites or MOD/defence environments is all relevant.
