Multi-Skilled Plasterer – Social Housing

We are currently recruiting for experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterers to work across a busy social housing repairs and maintenance contract.

Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, we have multiple positions available for permanent employees

Duties Include:

* Plastering repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.

* Skimming, patch plastering, rendering, and making good.

* Carrying out associated multi-trade works where required.

* Completing reactive repairs and planned maintenance tasks.

* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.

* Providing excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Plasterer.

* Previous experience working within social housing is benificial.

* Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload.

* Good communication and customer service skills.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Own tools required.
