Pay: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday, Day Shift, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Earlier finishes may apply depending on production volume.)
Transport: Own vehicle essential due to site location and shift times
Are you looking for a stable, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? ISQ Recruitment is working with a well-established food manufacturing business in South Norfolk is expanding its team and looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join the production team.
This is Monday to Friday role with long-term opportunity offering job security and a permanent position for the right individual.
What you'll be doing:
Operating and maintaining machinery on the production line to create high-quality food products
Conducting regular quality checks to ensure products meet safety and company standards
Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Recording production data accurately and completing inspection logs
Collaborating with your team to troubleshoot and solve any production issues
What we're looking for:
Dependable, punctual, and able to work 12-hour shifts
Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus, but a great attitude counts too
Team-oriented, but also capable of working independently when needed
Own transport is essential due to the rural location
