Multi-skilled tradesperson

Multi-skilled tradesperson/handyman required on a long term, full time position with a well established Gloucester based contractor. This is a mobile position working across properties in Gloucester, Cheltenham and Bristol. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance and repair tasks to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

General property maintenance and repairs
Carpentry work
Basic plastering
Painting and decorating
Ensuring work is carried out efficiently Requirements:

Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesperson/handyman
Full UK driving license
Ability to work independently and mange workload effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Enhanced DBS
