Greetings, Position: Multi-Trade Operative Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) Location: Medway Start Date: ASAP Rate: £23.54/hour on UMB (Temp to perm) Benefits: Van and fuel card provided Role Overview: We're looking for a skilled and versatile Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy responsive repairs contract to Carry out responsive repairs in occupied and void social housing properties. You'll deliver high-quality maintenance across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, and decorating, ensuring residents' homes, Social Housing remain safe and functional.
