Multi Trade Operative – Responsive Repairs 📍 Location: High Wycombe (within 20-mile radius) 💰 Salary: £35-£40K 🕓 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The Role We are looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a busy and fast-paced responsive repairs team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality work across a variety of maintenance tasks. You’ll be working across residential properties, carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Carry out a wide range of responsive repairs and maintenance tasks * Deliver high-quality work across multiple trades, with a focus on plumbing and carpentry * Diagnose faults and complete repairs on the first visit where possible * Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety standards * Provide excellent customer service when working in occupied properties * Participate in an out-of-hours rota (including weekends) About You * Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative * Strong competency in plumbing and carpentry (essential) * Experience working within: * Responsive repairs * Voids / property maintenance * Housing association, local authority, or MOD contracts (preferred) * Able to work independently and manage your own workload * Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail * Professional, reliable, and customer-focused Requirements * Relevant trade qualifications or recognised multi-trade / property maintenance background * Must live within a 20-mile radius of High Wycombe * Full, clean UK driving licence * Willingness to take part in an out-of-hours rota What’s on Offer * £35-£40K * Ongoing, stable work within a secured contract * Opportunity to grow within a supportive team
