About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Multi Trade Operative to join a growing team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tradesperson looking for long-term, stable employment with a competitive salary and opportunities for career progression.
The successful candidate will carry out a variety of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works across residential and commercial properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* General maintenance and repairs including:
* Carpentry
* Plumbing
* Painting & Decorating
* Tiling
* Basic Plastering
* Flooring repairs
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works.
* Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
* Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
* Complete job sheets and reports accurately.
* Manage materials and equipment responsibly.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative.
* Strong skills across multiple trades, with a core trade qualification desirable.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Relevant CSCS card advantageous but not essential.
