Multi Trade/Kitchen Fitter

Resourcing Group is working with a well-known and well established maintenance contractor who specialise in carrying out planned maintenance, operating in occupied social housing properties, carrying out works which include kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works.

The business would like to hire an additional experienced Carpenter with demonstrable experience with ripping out and fitting new kitchens.

This will include all skills excluding floor laying and will include the below, as well as other skills that are naturally required for this type of role:

Rip out of existing tiles, units, worktops
Patch repair
Installing new units and tops
Tilling
Basic plumbing
Silicone work and finishing to a good standardThis is a role being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, offering genuine security as well as a company van, fuel card and fair benefits including travel expenses and more.

Essential:

Previous experience
Own tools
Full UK Driving License
Asbestos awareness - if you don't have this, or yours has expired, we can arrange for this to be re done
