DK Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a property refurbishment project in Ongar, Essex.

The successful candidate will be working on private residential properties, carrying out a variety of refurbishment, repair and reinstatement works.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

* Property refurbishment and renovation works

* Strip-out and preparation works

* Temporary works and making properties safe

* General multi-trade repairs and maintenance

* Reinstatement and refurbishment works

* Carpentry and basic joinery

* Plastering and patch repairs

* Decorating and finishing works

* General building works

* Completing repairs to a high standard within residential properties

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Multi Trader

* Previous experience within property refurbishment or residential maintenance

* Valid CSCS Card

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Own tools

* Ability to work across multiple trades

* Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
