Multi Trader

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our growing maintenance team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services across social housing properties.

This is a customer-facing role where you'll carry out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance works, ensuring homes are safe, well-maintained, and completed to a high standard while providing excellent customer service to residents.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties.

Complete a range of trade tasks including:

Carpentry

Plumbing

Tiling

Plastering repairs

Painting and decorating

Basic brickwork and patch repairs

Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.

Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate job records using handheld devices or paperwork.

Communicate professionally with tenants and colleagues.

Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and serviceable.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Multi Trader within social housing, domestic maintenance, or property repairs.

Strong skills across multiple trades, with carpentry as a core trade preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and customer service skills.
