Contract: Ongoing Work
Hours: 8‑hour days
Rate: £200-£230/Day (CIS)
Start date - Tuesday 5th May or Monday 11th May
We are recruiting experienced Multi Trader to join a fast‑paced, reputable contractor specialising in social housing refurbishments. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespeople seeking consistent work.
Projects are located between Felixstowe, Lowestoft & Thetford. Someone based around the Stowmarket is preferred as centre of all work locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Kitchen maintenance work within occupied social housing properties.
* Replacing kitchen worktops and cabinets, damp proofing, changing taps and other snagging works.
* Maintain a professional and respectful approach when working in tenants’ homes.
* Ensure all work complies with health and safety requirements.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors, tenants and site teams.
* Manage your own workload to meet project deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Multi‑Trade/Carpenter and basic Plumbing
* Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
* Own tools.
* Own vehicle (Van)
* Strong communication and customer‑facing skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules.
* Experience working in social housing or occupied properties.
