Multi Trades Required

Location: Birmingham Start Date: End of March 2026 Duration: 8 Weeks (Trades will start at different stages of the programme) We are recruiting multiple trades for an upcoming refurbishment project in Birmingham. Works will run across an 8-week programme, with different trades required at various stages. Trades Required We are looking for experienced: * Carpenters / Joiners * Dryliners * Plasterers * Bricklayers * Decorators * Taper Jointers * Multi-Traders * Labourers Scope of Works (Overview) * General refurbishment works * Partitioning and plasterboard installation * Carpentry and second fix joinery * Plastering and finishing * Decorating and making good * Flooring installation * General labouring and site support Requirements * Relevant trade experience * Valid CSCS card (if applicable) * Own tools and PPE * Reliable and able to work to programme schedules If you are available from the end of March 2026 and interested in the project, please get in touch confirming your trade, experience, and availability
