Multi-Vehicle Technician (MET & Panel Technician) Position: Multi-Vehicle Technician – MET & Panel Location: Fix Auto Weston super Mare Limited Employment Type: Full-time Salary: £35,000 - £40,000.00 depending on experience and bonus opportunity Start Date: ASAP About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Multi-Vehicle Technician with strong experience in both MET (Mechanical, Electrical & Trim) and Panel work. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering top-quality vehicle repairs and exceptional customer service. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and restoring vehicles to manufacturer standards, working across a variety of makes and models. Key Responsibilities MET Duties • Carry out mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs across multiple vehicle types • Diagnose and resolve faults to manufacturer standards • Conduct strip and refit activities efficiently and accurately • Ensure all work meets safety and quality guidelines Panel Duties • Panel replacement, repair, and alignment • Welding, filling, and metal finishing to a high standard • Use of specialist tools and equipment • Working to BS10125 (formerly PAS125) standards where applicable What We’re Looking For • Proven experience as a MET Technician, Panel Technician, or Multi-Skilled Vehicle Technician • Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • High attention to detail and pride in workmanship • Relevant qualifications (IMI, NVQ, ATA) are preferred but not essential • Full UK Driving Licence What We Offer • Competitive salary and performance bonuses • Ongoing training and professional development • Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow How to Apply If you’re a passionate, proactive technician looking for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you
